I wrote this book as a love letter to songwriters, song-lovers, and songs. It is a behind the curtain look at both my writing process and my life. My desire and motivation is to reach more students than I could ever reach in one lifetime, in person. My deepest hope with this book is to encourage courage in those who read it.
